All last week the temperatures were in the mid 70's where I live. (A little too warm for January. But, I will take it!)
But, just a short 1 1/2 hours away, we were in the snow yesterday. The snow was beautiful. My girls were so excited when we first saw our first sight of snow. As we climbed higher and higher, the snow was greater just like our anticipation.
My youngest looked a little like a tick. Or the little brother in "The Christmas Story". I felt bad but I don't like to be cold and didn't want her to be either!
They had a lot of fun sledding. But, after a short time my youngest was done. I realized it is a really good work out!
