Although never attending culinary school, I have worked in many great kitchens across the United States. Now residing in the Seattle area with my wonderful wife and beautiful daughter, I have chose to hang up my apron after almost 20 exhausting years in the food service industry. Still craving the need to share my talent, I have created a blog page with my old friend Kari to share some of the tips and tricks that I have picked up in some of the great kitchens that I have had the opportunity to work in.
When not cooking I enjoy designing/brewing beer, composing music, attending Seattle Sounders FC matches and trying to make the most of the rare sunny days that seldom grace my geographic part of this country.
